FAQ & Refunds

All orders are sent via Royal Mail from the UK.
Processing time for orders is between 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday).

UK Orders:
(DEFAULT) Standard Delivery: (2nd class Post) 2-4 business days.
Express: (1st class Signed for) 1-2 business days.

International Orders:
(DEFAULT) International Standard Delivery: 3-17 business days.
International Express: (Tracked & Signed for) 5-7 business days.
**Tracking numbers are not included with standard delivery, this needs to be selected at checkout.**


Processing Times:
This is the amount of time it takes for me to complete, package and ship an order.
My processing time is 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

Tracking Numbers:
Tracking options must be selected at checkout in order to receive a tracking number, otherwise the order shall be shipped with the default option.

We have no control or responsibility over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the UK.
Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.


My Package is Damaged!:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo of the damaged packaging and item and I shall send you either a brand new item or refund your purchase.

My Package is Lost:
If your package hasn't arrived within 2 weeks (UK) or 6 weeks (International) please contact me and I shall either re-send your order or refund your purchase.

Can I Return/ Exchange my order?:
I do not accept product exchanges or late cancellations.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis & I am unable to accept any returns on custom orders, digital products or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

I bought an item from a different platform and have an issue:
I can only process any issues on the platform the item was originally purchased so please contact me on that platform so I have all the info to advise and help.


Refund Policy:
I am happy to provide refunds or a brand new item sent out if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

I cannot cancel any orders that have already been shipped, any cancellations must be made asap as all orders are usually packed and processed by 11pm GMT.

Creating an Account:
This is completely optional as you can check out as a guest but it allows you to be able to track and see previous orders created by your account.
